Statistical Analysis

Many of the systems that Kyo Logic designs rely on powerful statistical analysis and mathematical manipulations. We experimented with several approaches for speeding up calculations in FileMaker, and developed tools in MySQL and Visual FoxPro to perform high speed data analysis and synchronize the results with FileMaker. We have also developed dynamic style sheet scripting code that allows external databases to automatically sync with FileMaker through an XML interface. This process allows developers to handle much larger data sets for data modeling than would be practical using FileMaker alone.
