Kyo Logic recognizes that successful projects require proactive project management with frequent interactions with our clients. Using weekly check-ins with clients and short development cycles, we remain agile in development.

Embracing the concept of "Think globally and act locally", our approach is to develop a large scale view of the system. At the start of any project, we scope the broader business processes involved, the desired outcomes of the system, and the technical requirements as accurately as possible . We assess the global picture in order to implement the modules in a coordinated manner.

Once in development though, we shift to short decision lines and rapid turn-around of program changes. Finding the shortest time line between discovery and first user trial is our over-arching goal.
