Kyo Logic was formed with the basic principle that great developers working in a happy environment will naturally provide better customer service. We also are strong believers in cross-learning. Our company possesses many great areas of skill and we believe strongly in teaching those skills to others. Kyo Logic has daily check-in meetings where we share priorities and pass along current information. In addition, we hold weekly meetings to address longer term issues such as effective team development skills, rapid application development approaches, and learning how to adopt new software techniques.
